Linen Rental Service Terms
If Linen Rental Service is selected in Section 3, the following terms apply:
Service Terms & Guidelines
- 1 Guest Ready Solutions will supply, launder, and manage all bed linens and towels. Client is not required to purchase or maintain any linen inventory.
- 2 All linens are hotel-quality, 100% cotton white linens professionally laundered after every use.
- 3 Guest Ready Solutions assumes responsibility for normal wear and staining of linens. Client will not be charged for routine linen replacement due to wear.
- 4 Client will be charged for intentional damage, excessive soiling beyond normal use, or loss of linens caused by guests, at the current replacement cost.
- 5 A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to remove linen service from a scheduled turnover.
